Belt Conveyor consist of two end-pulleys and a continuous loop of material that rotates about them. They are used in a variety of material handing applications, including food and beverage processing, manufacturing, mining, packaging, and power transmission. Some conveyor belts are designed to transport commercial goods, construction materials, forest products, or pulp and paper.

1. Devided by Driving Method:

a. STDMechanical DriveIt's driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer (with outdoor motor ) and chain-drive mechanism.
b. STDJ Mechanical Drive Series .It adopts upside-down reducer and belt-drive mechanize.
c. STD-Electric Rotor Drive SeriesIt's driven by electric rotor.

2. Divided by Installation Methods

a. Fixed SeriesIt's directly installed on foundation.
b. SDY-Portable SeriesIt can be easily and freely moved and the capacity can be adjusted.

3. Divided by Structures:

The belt conveyors produced by SJLC have three different structures.

Belt conveyor working principle:

The motor drives the driving rollers of the belt conveyor, and drives the roller by the strong belt advances. Materials are conveyed from the original place to the place where they are needed.
